Oversees the financial management of the market center including budgeting, billing and bookkeeping.
Ensures the market center has the necessary infrastructure to support agents and clients.
Prepares financial statements, 1099s and agent monthly bills.
Ensure compliance with the state regulations and company policies.

Financial Inquiries: Addressing questions regarding monthly billing, office rentals, and commission or referral checks.
Office Support: Handling general office-related questions and property management communications.
Daily Operations: Managing printer and key fob setup, Command, CVRMLS listing releases and extensions, agent roster updates, and email communications.
Facilities Management: Coordinating reservations for the Training Room, Podcast Room, and Kitchen.
Support agents through onboarding, training, and ongoing services so they are set up for success
Manage the Market Center calendar, events, and internal communication to keep agents informed and engaged
Oversee licensing, MLS and association requirements, dues, and compliance details
Create and manage social media, Canva designs, and marketing materials that support culture, education, and visibility
