With over 14 years of experience in real estate leadership, Kyle Holloran brings a deep passion for growth, innovation, and agent success to every role he serves. Starting his career as a real estate agent within the Keller Williams system, Kyle quickly established himself as a trusted leader — advancing through positions as a Technology Trainer for our (formerly) 6 offices, to Managing Broker of Fairfax Gateway, to Team Leader of Richmond West, and ultimately General Manager for the VA Alliance Group.

Today, as Operating Principal of the VA Alliance Group and Regional Director for the Keller Williams Virginias Region, Kyle oversees strategic growth, productivity, and culture across multiple offices. His leadership is defined by his commitment to empowering agents, fostering collaboration, and driving sustainable business results through the proven KW models and systems.
